Read MoreThat's what I really love about their plugins: they create this really fun interactive playground where you just turning a couple of knobs, turning some switches on. And before you know it, a couple of minutes later you created this entirely different soundscape.
Tape Stop really blew me away, I don't think I have heard another plugin sound as authentic as this, its the real deal. I love this style of effects which is usually a very long painful edit to do. With these two plugins (+ LoFi Playtime) I can do some pretty insanely creative combos.
Love how it can emulate the sound of old-school badly encoded mp3's, cassettes, and vinyl. I am constantly seeking out tools that can do this sort of thing for all my sound design projects, and LO-FI-AF has become one of my favorites.
This one took me by surprise. I was amazed at the different harmonic colors this plugin is capable of creating. Works great on processing drums or individual instruments. It really has a way of sparkling up the harmonics on a synth track or synthetic bassline.
So far this is my favorite mastering limiter I have used. I am completely surprised how much volume I am able to get without crushing the dynamics out of my mixes. The M/S technology allows you to limit control 3 individual channels so there is no loss on clarity. I have been using this on my master bus every day since I installed it, highly recommended!
Simply awesome and simple easy operation. I use this on my master channel sometimes and on my drum channels. I can get things nice and loud without any distortion and is very CPU friendly.
Excellent frequency shaping tool. I just love the new Dynamic EQ mode and six notch filters allow me to go in with surgical precision now on any mix. Incredibly well laid out and pristine sound, doesn't get much better than this.
Unfiltered Audio’s new Instant Delay plugin packs a lot of functionality into a small package. Driving the multi-mode filter creates some very interesting self-resonating textures. I’ve been using this on my drum buss, creating all sorts of unique and bizarre effects… lots of fun!
SpecOps is one of the most unique plugins I have come across, the modular automation control over the 36 spectral transformation modes is absolutely insane! The sounds are completely out of this world!
BYOME is a complete game changer for me. The range of sounds and modulation options are endless. Hands down one of the most innovative plugins I have ever gotten my hands on.
I am a big fan of their plugins. I love the modular approach to patching which opens up a lot of interesting possibilities for creating new sounds.
It’s very exciting that Unfiltered Audio took their open modular approach to synthesis with their latest creation LION. This synth will be a permanent tool in my audio arsenal.
