Trehy Harris is one of the bright young mixing engineers in the music industry. In a field that is dominated by peers twice his age, Trehy has the clientele and credentials to prove he belongs. With already 3 Billboard #1 albums under his belt, along with a Billboard #1 Gospel single, he has proven he can mix anything from R&B to Pop, and Gospel to Hip Hop.
Originally from Florida, Trehy moved to Los Angeles in 2009 to pursue his dreams in music. So far in his career, he has worked with various artists such as Michael Jackson, Mary J. Blige, Lupe Fiasco, Ariana Grande, The-Dream, and many more ranging across all genres of music.
After 2 years as a mixing assistant at the world famous Larrabee Studios, Trehy went on to work with Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins. His first project with Rodney was to mix the title track on Michael Jackson's posthumous album "Xscape." Other special projects with Darkchild include traveling to Dubai to record and mix a song for the 2014 Fifa World Cup, as well as spending 3 weeks in London recording and mixing various songs for Mary J Blige's "The London Sessions" album.
Trehy continues to work hard building connections within the industry and mixing quality music to share with the world. He has been very fortunate to work with many artist, producers, and songwriters and is currently a free lance mixing engineer in the Los Angeles area. Trehy is currently a member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, a voting member of the Grammy's, and is reachable through his website.
