    It takes alot for an EQ to stand out these days and i gotta say The Amek EQ 200 is in a league of its own . The Detailed sound character ,Design and Flow makes it so easy to dial in just the right amount of EQ and Knowing its Mastering Grade makes you wanna use it on everything :) This EQ Slays !!!!

    I used to use a few Amek Mixers meanwhile I did my internship and, at that time that was my first encounter with Amek as an audio company. This EQ was always magical to my ears and even after a left the studio, I recall that beautiful sound and now, I just put this EQ in a session of a string quartet that I am working on and that magic appears again.

    Smooth, silky, transparent. Hang on, are we describing the EQ200 here or Scarlet Johansson's negligee??
    This thing sounds great on your master or for use in mastering, but don't let that place limitations on you. Use it on individual tracks as well. Basically it sounds good wherever you use it.
    My only hang ups is that it doesn't come with an additional band and, well, Scarlett Johansson.

    This EQ sounds so good.... It works great on single tracks as well as on master bus.
    It really must have something special, because I find myself reaching for it every time I'm working on a vocal track, or something important in my mix.
    Great also for sound designing and in shaping synth sounds.
    Love it.

    I installed it and put it on a session Master Bus. Tried a preset 3D Mix Bus....Wow! It was like the mix became alive...I tweaked here and there and I was pleased! This one is a WINNER!!!!
