IMHO.......this is the best distortion pedal emulation I've heard yet...
★★★★★Something about it just feels more real to me than other distortion pedals VSTs. It seems to truly add to your tone in a very good way. I have owned many distortion pedals in my day, but surprisingly never a Boss SD-1 (big mistake right?), if it sounds as good as this VST, it , makes me want to try and get a real SD-1 sometime! -
Best Boss SD1 Emulation in the market!
★★★★★This s the best Emulation of the asymmetrical clipping Boss SD1, alike Marshalls, asymmetrical clipping, the plug in becomes part of the amp as if you add a second channel, add a second Yellowdrive on the same channel strip and you have 3 channels, with this pedal I was able to create tones better then Howard Benson's STL Tonality plugin, I also own the other pedals but this is a must have if you need to drive amps into a high gain area., brutal blues or and have a gain where you can shut it off while the amp is half clean so you can bring the guitar volume down for nice ambient cleans. -
