  • "Un" Sterile

I have enjoyed experimenting with this on things such as vocals and synth-based pianos that were a bit too clean. with this, I can subtly highlight or shape sterile material into the mix in a more harmonically pleasing way.
  • Lindell66. Just awesome

I compared it with the Fairchild 660 from UAD and decided that the UAD is going into the archive. It sounds fantastic on vocals, bass, and the master channel.
Guys from Lindell and Plugin Alliance, I just want to thank you for your incredible work

I've been working out with the Fairchild and the Firechild and fell in Love with both of them . . . Then the Lindell MU 66 came along and added some very special innovations . . . Openness, Flexibly, Range and Warmth . . . ! . . . The MU-66 is so incredibly versatile. . . . ! . . . Even Panoramic Definition, Openness and Transparency are all achievable in very surprising ways with this well thought out work of Art . . . ! . . . :-)

  • An absolutely great and flexible compressor

I own pretty much every compressor plugin available. I didn't think I needed another compressor and tested the Lindell Audio MU-66 out of pure interest. This compressor is absolutely fantastic. The basic sound is already very good but the multiband approach makes this plugin a game changer. I already have numerous multiband compressors, but none of these compressors make my vocals sound as natural as the Lindell Vari-Mu. I always use two different compressors in series, but whether in combination with an 1176 or an LA-2A, the Lindell Vari-Mu dramatically improves the sound quality of my vocal chain.
