★★★★★This gets used constantly, I haven't done a song without it since picking it up. Just love the feel it brings to everything it touches. The travel knob puts a sweet retro blanket on your source material & kills off any harshness in the signal. The vari-mu compressor section isn't the most intuitive because of it's odd naming convention (AC Thresh & DC Thresh) but after a little time spent with it you'll get the idea pretty quickly. It's got the "warm hug" feel of a nice vari-mu comp, but it can turn into an all out death squeeze if you push that DC Thresh (Ratio & Knee) really hard. The saturation is delicious, & you get two flavours with this one. One from the tubes (Drive) & the other from the transformers (Makeup) & combined these flavours make for an especially tasty combination. This is one of those "secret weapon" pieces of kit, without question. -
Impressive
★★★★★This plugin is great for tracks, stems or buses: the translucent broad-spectrum sound of the two EQ's is fire; and, not only does the 'travel' knob have a fresh timbre for rolling off harshness in the higher frequencies, but I can max both EQ's while pushing the drive knob much farther than I'd ever go before I start measuring any meaningful aliasing. Great job again by NEOLD! -
Into the mastering chain she goes!
★★★★★Extremely useful as a mixing tool, and equally as useful in mastering. I like to dial in a nice gritty vintage tone and then back the mix off to 15%. In this application, the Wudnerlich tames digital harshness in such a pleasant way, and adds a touch of all the right kinds of mojo. A new favorite of mine. -

I had a chat with NEOLD about 2 weeks ago, and they told something really great was coming very soon. They certainly were not exaggerating. This plugin is beyond excellent for vocals and much more.
